I am thinking about evil ryus shinku hadoken gets incresesed more and the damage should be all the way to 73 to what I think, what do you guys think?

Thats true but people can just block it matbe or super jump over it because its like a challenge.

Its a bad idea vash because, its hard enough to block a shinku hadoken. Imagine if it will be inhanced, all hell will break loose for all the normal players. Vips will take advantage over this.

no bad its arealdy hard enough to bet surtain vip with this power they`ll be onstoppably and the game would be weak the vip would ruled the game. think about it!!!!! :(
