Would it hurt to make his uppercut a litte faster.. When i execute this move you see his first little uppercut then the big one.. how about speeding that first one up.. So this move can actually be useful.. :cool:

i agree with darkstrider..they shud speed up that sht..its very easy to get away with that special..unlike the orignal..this has to speed up

... dude, it does 1/2 dmg (has it been tweaked?? i remember it doing like 3/4)
it should be easier to get away from then to be hit by it everysingle time.
how about you guys just get a better vid card and learn how to use the current shinshoryugen the RIGHT way.
