we need a test for the forum, where you need to be able to speak proper english before posting, i say this becuase there are too many people posting here and you can't understand a damn thing they say recentely there seems to be a lot of them...

i dont think thats neccesary. ppl that dont speak english dont post in forums where they wont be understood.jst try to make out what they mean..even if they do have bad grammer.

Its not needed becasue sometimes if we cant understand them then they can show or try a picture or somthing.

give them a chance to improve their way to write......... some just write like that cuz they're on the net........and others, for them, english is still being learned......so give them a break!
