Ok i figured out why i was lagging and fixed it. now im running at the normal 38 fps with low lag. but now i got a new problem...half the time i go to block a super. it either cancels my block, or like say its a super like ken's dragon uppercut and he misses. i will be completely unable to move for the entire animation of the special. its like basically giving them free hits. i still win almost every fight now that im not lagging because i am nowe able to dodge almost everything like i want to. (except for you little spidey pro's...###s) anyway. yeah, this is some bullpoop right here. drives me nuts everytime it costs me a match. but most of it has to do with air blocking. basically in alot of my fights it is as if air blocking just gets turned off. =/ i dont know if its just me but whatever. its really dumb.

yeah I think everyone has that problem......


btw sentinel is the best blocker.....seriously I never have a problem blocking with him

yeah hehe... actually come to think of it. neither have i. sent is a good blocker.

i think possible wolvie is the worst blocker. everytime i try to block with him, it never works.

it just depends on the person u're going against

wolvie is my best blocker i take nearly 0 damage from almost everything (except for physical supers and other wolvie attacks.

when i play as wolvie i just tank accross the screen and block everything and if i do get hit i just heal.

but speaking of blocking i usually run on a barely below average computor, but i went to my friends house and played on his moms computor and it was running at full 40 fps but for some reason when ever someone used a super i couldn't move, considuring i use spidey and when ever i feel like i might get hit by a super (screw the inaccurate spidey sense) i super jump then spidey kick, but becuase of being on this much faster computor the instant they do a super i can't block or use moves or even punch i falll like a rock right into a super die moderately fast from this.

EXACTLY! max you hit it right on the head! When i play full screen, after a while i start to lag. For the longest time i thought playing full screen wasnt the problem until i was watching naruto on windows media in full screen when it hit me...i started getting the exact same lag spikes. then when i switched out of full screen it went back to normal. Same thing applies to street fighter....so then i begun playing sfo in a compact window and the lag went away. i went from avging 10 fps to 38. On the upside, i am kicking ass like rock lee with no ankle weights. On the downside, i freeze up every time an opponent throws a super and it costs me alot of matches i know i could win *cough* thats right 1win *cough* nosoul4evr *cough* anybody else who has somehow managed to beat me since last thursday.

It shouldnt really matter because the best way to avoid a super should be to jump. but hey, i aint the perfect fighter. at least not yet. SO OF COURSE IT MATTERS!! =P

wow....it just seems to get worse and worse with each passing day. Now its getting to the point where this game isnt even fun anymore.

setting lag compensation to low seems to help me with that.........sometimes =/
