So I was thinking, why don't we make a tutorial for new comer. Example when they register it will pop up a tutorial linking them to another site to tell them where to learn moves. I know we have the help button. But this is just an idea. Example take them straight to the clip that blanka09 makes. Rite now, i'm working on some

I like that idea for links to a fan site for moves. Here's a suggestion. We keep your idea, but as well, we have it redirect you to the "Forum Rules". So that way, people can't say"i didn't know it was against the rules". Since some new comers here are already breaking the rules.

Not to rules, rules to chatroom instead. They can find the rules of the forum, when they visit the rules.

that can work as well. I guess to the forum rules isn't necessary, since the first forum on the board is "Forum Rules". So it isn't like it's not noticable. But yes, that idea fo yours sounds good to use. I have no problem against it.
