this is my first banner, and i made it in paint, so it might not be very good. buuuuuuuuut tell me what you think!

you mean MS Paint?
if it is, how did you cut the image of guile? the irregular contours?

btw, not bad...

i just went to open, and did the image i wanted, and then colored in the background of the gif (which was black) then colored in the rest camoflauge color!


btw, yea it was MS paint

oh, and the image has charlie in the back, they're doing sonic boom at the same time (it came like that)

Well for in paint...that isnt too bad. ;)

well, just one thing...
charlie should have been a bit more seen in this picture, you should have placed him a bit in front of guile so we can actually see him more.

as for the transparency in MS PAINT, it is possible, there is an option called OPACITY, uncheck it and the picture becomes TRANSPARENT ! i know, i was doing all my stuff in it before i ever find about PAINT SHOP PRO at school !

ummm well it is ok for paint but... its a bit well yucky lol.

photoshop is alot better since u can do shadows special effects etc... USE PHOTOSHOP! U WONT BE DISSAPPOINTED!

yea, adobe, but i dont have it!

(hopefully I'm gonna get a new comp soon! )

It's pretty good for paint...
