all characters can be used in a way to be cheap......... Ryu can be has cheap has Sentinel or cyc|ops........... I don,t see no difference in the characters.........

the only differencre they can have is that some are close fighters some better long fighters and others are both

all fighters have their advantages and disadvantages that make them Unique
