i playing dbz budokai 3 from 3 months and still far from completing it

i tried hard unlocking characters and i can unlock upto 20 characters only out of 40

because there is damn creepy problem with me first of all when after complete the dragon universe of any character the character which is unlocked it is not saved

for example when i complete the dragon universe of vegeta young trunks is unlocked then i save .but when restart the console the young trunks vanishes .
now thats serious

and anothe one is i cant unlock brolly, cooler, android 16, and many others

please help if youknow the solution of this

Why don't you go to cheatplanet.com, cheatcc.com, or any other cheat sites. They should have the answer's. But the saving bit, i can't help you there.
