RAZZ: i suggest you use GIF instead of JPEG...

JPEG = 32bits colors (16,000,000) but poor QUALITY better compression...
GIF = 256 colors but better quality and little less compression then JPEG !

overall gifs are better then jpeg...
256 colors can seems not to be much but believe me, it will not be seen that much, unless you add DEGRADED colors !
6/10 for your banner, but because of the JPEG quality, it is very horrible !

yea doin it in gif would make really good improvments but still i'd give it a 4/10 :( sorry
