i am having a huge problem on the game right now...well actually ive been having it for the past 3 days....

every single time i press a button it takes 2 1/2 secs for the next screen to show....

for example:

i put my user name and password LOGIN (2 1/2 secs later) it says Attempting to authenticate.... this happens on every button i press in the game.. options, start, story mode..EVERYTHING

i just reformatted my whole pc and it still giving me this problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!
