today i was forced to hear the new J-lo song (whtever the mane is). And to my appaling shock i realized the flute melody in the background was the exact same thing as the Beatnuts song "watch out now"!!! What the.....she just took one of my all time fav. rap songs and soiled it on public radio!!! Ugh, i hope the beatnuts didn't want this to happen.....its just too awful......

Trust me, if they didn't want it to happen, and they hear the song (they probably already did), then they'll DEFINITELY seek revenge. Look at "Slimshady" (Whatever) and Christina Aguillera. "Slimshady" made fun of her with a lot of songs, and she beat him down horrifically with just ONE of her songs.

Well hey...........Its not like ur going to hear her songs, ill i do is see is How HOT!!!!!!! J-Lo is ;) .................And dont u know thats what Rap, R&B and other Beat Studio made songs are all about. Every one takes eachothers beats so that dosent suprise me. The Beat Nuts also took the beat from someone i dont remeber who but it was a Artist in the 70's.

Tupac you are wise beyond your years LOL yep Jaims every now and again rap artist sample each others beats(thats just how it is) but hey i never really had respect for J LO anyway ENOUGH was enough :(

Ludacris 10-04-2002 06:44 AM

well that's what all artists do........they take other peoples beats.......it doesn't really matter.......look the song she did with Nas.......this beat was used by a lot of other rappers in the business.......I don,t even know who was the real artist that first used that beat........The new song by eve and Alicia keys.......the beat not the music but the beat was taken from a song in Dr.dre's cd THe Chronic 2001........The Music business is like that and nuthib is going to change that.......

So true :withstupid:  You have to wonder what is going to happen in the future when all beats have possibly been used or can't be created anymore. Will they go back and borrow like they do now so they can try and make their cds sound as good as they was before.HMmMm.....http://www.gamegen.com/fightgen/char...all-pocket.gif

uh........with guys like the Neptunes, Timbaland, Rockwilder, Dr.Dre, Jermaine Dupri(even if I don't like him that much), Master P, JAy-Z, Ja Rule etc, it will be a long time before all beats are used up.........I don't think it's even possible that all beats can be used up.......
