Well, since you are a "VIP", email the staff @ info@streetfighteronline.com, and ask them to give you your VIP forum status..

You'll need some kinda proof though.. Give them a screenshot of you in the game as a VIP, or the VIP "list" which is before intro of the game.

When you get your VIP forum status you will see a secret VIP forum, go there, and request a VIP avatar.

It's a shame what the US does to Japanese Animation.. It really ruins it...
