I'm a new user. I'm trying to create a new account, but whenever i press the "OK" button after filling in my name and stuff, it says "UNABLE to authenticate." What do i do?

Are you sure you're making a new account, and not trying to log in an existing one? If it's not asking you for your e-mail adress, you're not making a new account.
