How do I get other helpers besides Guile

There are 4 helpers, they are picked by randomly.

Shadow (The Charlie type guy): And his 3 Somersault Kick attack (Like MvC)

Birdie: Bull Head (Charge type move)

Cody: Bad Stone (Jumps out and throws a rock)

Vega: Rolling Crystal Flash (Rolls out with his 3 hit rolling move with the slash at end *signature move*)

T. Hawk: Thunder Dive

E. Honda: Sumo Head Butt

Juni/Juli: Some duo attack I dunno heh

R. Mika: That move wear she jumps at you with her back end and hits you with her butt.

Balrog: His dash punch

I think the next helper should be Akuma with his hurricane kick and Cammy is wicked. I cn't say the same about Bison. Who knew Vega had the same face as Sentinel. Are you speaking of Vega (the one with the claw weapon) or Vega (Psycho Crusher), because in japanese Vega was Bison and Bison was Vega. (If you are wondering all of my friends are japenese, which is why I know so much about japenese things and why I believe I can beat up Inclusive in real life. I am a black belt in Tae kwon do.)
