how do you turn off the backgruond, if this isnt possible could you put in an option to let you turn the backgrounds off, beacause when the background changes from black to deatailed i find that there is less lag on the normal black

first, turn off "auto speed adjust" in the options menu...

then, as soon as the game starts, go to chat/console and type "/back 0" to turn off the background

we'll have an option to do that automatically b4 u know it (its about time we added a LOT more features/tweaks to the optoins menu) :biggrin:

don't get it went to the option i took off dnd{ take it off do i take the x off it}
went in the chat room typed in "/back 0" nothing happen explain again in more detail or can you do it for me
