im pretty sure it is a know bug, but is it possible that her lignting kick can be done and the the guy is trapped in it and the only way out is sending the helper ?

it happened to me today !

i was fighting this guy named midnight_angel and the first thing he did, was the lightning kick on me then my chars didn't knockback as it was suppose to do. i was trapped in it and the only way i got was to send my helper (blanka).

here is what the fight had:
quick match
chunli VS chunli
psylock (him) VS blanka (ME)

when he did it it was with the Hard kick i think (he was always using the HK) when i did mine (MK) my characters did get back after every hit so after about 5 hit i was out of range, but him after i was hit like 5 times with it i hadn't move and he was just continuing it and i saw my life bar going down real fast (about 1/2 the bar after 10 hits and still continuing to kick) until i send my helper out !

i know i lag, but that's ridiculous.
he was doing it the whole 2 rounds we fought.

2 and on this game and on street fight3 ;) i dont mean to be
rude but i am tellin ya

This is a known glitch, the lightning kick is supposed to repel away from you,but instead is still kick yo till you die or send out a helper.

And no its not in alpha 3 or SF3, because the lightning kick repels away from you afte a few hits.

i hate that bug......
