lol well im sure u mean "sign" up, well just go to the challenges and tournament section, click on the world warriors thread, than click on reply which can be found at the top or bottom of the thread and leave your username and email address and there ya go.

You could send an email to any of the tournament admins... however, it's adviseable that you in fact sign in .... or reply in the tournaments section where the thread was created :biggrin:
