ok, sometimes after Ryu uses the special(laser) it continues for a short perioud of time. how do i do that?

its weird but i cannot consitenently do ryus beam thing ill do it once and when i tap the same keys again it wont work no matter how hard i try how do you do the beam as in not how do i do the beam but how do you do the beam
