a simple email to one of the ADMINS should do the trick...

REASON NOT TO HAVE VIP PERKS
1 - your using a different username then the one on which your perks are on !
2 - your perks have been removed !
3 - you never paid for the thing !
4 - the person paying for you never did !
5 - TMyApp didn't process your vip status yet, it takes about a week to do !
6 - TMyApp decided not to give you the status for trust reason tat we don't know.

that's all the reason why you still don't have your vip status !
