First you create an account with paypal.
By supplying your primary e-mailing address, (this will be your username for paypal.)
After you have created an account.
You then "add" a bank account or credit card number, to access with paypal.
Paypal then deposits a small amount of money into your bank account with in 2-3 days (only if your using a checking account to send money.)
You then go to your bank...ask if their was 2 deposits made. Ask what those numbers are. Write them down.
Go home,log into paypal (you will have e-mail from them telling you to verify your paypal account,in you mail. Use the "Verify my account" links to access a page that will ask you to submit the 2 deposits that were made into your bank account. Submit this information,and you are then varified,to transfer funds from your checking account or credit card to any person in the world who has an e-mailing address.

while visiting paypal.com take some time to click all the links and read about paypal and it's services,and how they operate...They are owned by e-bay,so they are a pretty trust worthy company.
