well the ranks i feel are much like the ranks in cs [Counterstrike] all they really say is whos been in there fighting the most
so instead of letting the ranks show my skills i will let the tournies do it

Heh, don't worry, the scores will be reset soon enough (and a BRAND new score system will be implemented, which will make things a bit more fair).

I have to agree. I just got this site from a friend a few days ago and I went from sucking REAL bad to knowing all the moves I need and some strategy. I got my ass kicked by lots of cheesers but now I know how to combat the "fireball-8-million-times-level-up-super-fireball-fireball...etc" people and beat the piss out of them most of the time. It's nice when you actually get a challenge and there are lots of good players on here. Looking forward to the tournament.
