i just want to know who actully can play as blanka!

Well the easy solution is that you suck shit with Blanka.

How dare you insinuate that Dan Hibiki, master of Saikyo-Ryu, sucks. Dan in SFA, SFA2, and SFA3 is a great character, and I can win easily with him. You are just too accustomed to thinking within the box, thinking that if Dan wears pink, that if Dan taunts, and that if Dan's Gadouken can't go across the screen, that he sucks. It takes a different set of tactics altogether to use Dan successfully. You should feel honored that Dan beat your sorry ass into the ground. If it is such an insult to you that you lost to him, just shut up and keep the humiliation bottled up inside of you. Thank you.

As for your lack of skill with Blanka, no character sucks. Period. Blanka, like Dan, is different in tactics. It seems you have a low tolerance for high learning curves. Impatient fool.

I think Dan is good in my opinion. I try to be the best with every character.

Dan is good..but the company made him weaker on purpose..so if u can use him that means u are good...
well blanka is good and he have other moves than the "electric thunder" ...and he is charlie/nash......

Dan is very easy to play with, and you must suck with blanka because I beat blanka with a lot of people(I dont think Ive ever lost with him, maybe twice or three times or so...)

cuz i have seen the van dam (guile) one and he calls his friend charlie and he got turned into blanka by some drugs or experiment... but.........HE IS NOT BLANKA??
