i was searchin the net looking for a bio on remy(cant believe i found none) and stumbled upon a bio on dhalsim, and to my dismay found out that the skulls on his neck are of his children *tosses cookies* can anyone tell me if this is true?

if you look at the first skull there is a D then a I on the second skull and S on the 3 skull
