Just wanna know who you think is the best shoto of all time..?! ??? I will have to say Evil ryu/Shin Akuma......shin akuma's level 1 raging demon makes him one of the best in my point of view...and then there is evil ryu...he can do the raging demon,do all of ryu's normal moves and akumas fireball..!!so thats why i will have to say those two.. :D

evil ryu because he has poop loads of supers including 2 air supers and four ground supers including rd. plus he has the agility,power and speed nicely balanced still.

Ryu ofcourse this guy has way too much background and has mastered alot of new jutsu. Also this guy is the mascot for Street Fighter.

I'd say ryu.He can do shinku hadoken,that mutiple vertical

hadoken special,and raging demon.Thats a really powerful
