Why can't we have Avatars or Pics in our Sigs?

true, after all, mainly all avatars weren't hosted on the site. so the authors couldn't get blamed for them. its the users who were to blame not the hosters of the forum !

so basically, we can have the avs and banner back !

Karma, it's actually because a LOT of them had to do with the site.

its us who used them, the users, not the owners and it is us who were hosting them, not the owners... so basically MARVEL couldn't do anything for that. cause its not TMYAPP'S fault if WE use sprites of MARVEL's site !

so basically, he was in his rights to let them on !
all he had to do was to removed all MARVEL things that were hosted by him on this site !

all AVATARS.
the rest, which wasn't hosted on this site, could stay up because it was us who made them and hosted them, it was us who was in fault, not TMYAPP !

LAW speaking, TMYAPP cannot be taken responsible for the content of our BANNERS if he isn't the one who host them or if he isn't the one who made them !

'zactly. And even if TMy DOES have a problem with SF/X-Men related pics, well, all the pics are gone now, so if he turned'em back on, we'd all start out with nothing anyway. And he could jsut make a rule for no marvel related pics.

I'd like to have our avatars and stuff brought back..and if no one likes it tought, they can whine and tell us they dont like it themselves.

Well, we have the choice of turning them off or on in our CP. But right now, they're all off.
