ok well i unlocked spider-man yester day and i have unlocked him b4 and now I DONT HAVE HIM ANYMORE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ITS DONE IT GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

When D.O.R started and all of the scores were reset, it did that to me too. If i had just got enough wins to unlock a character, then quit, the next time I might not have that character. What I did was get alot of wins after I had got them all so that I'd be sure that I'd get all the characters and keep them the next time I played.

@nightwolf10110: Apparently, you only have 33 wins. You need 35 wins to unlock Spider-Man. Once you have 35 wins, you won't see Spider-Man locked on your character select screen.

<span style='font-size:7pt;line-height:100%'>What it is......sometimes when you are three or four wins from having a person it will unlock them....it's a bug....but when you log out they're gone......as soon as you have enought wins they will be there perminately..</span>

funny cause the kids in my class i told about this game made accounts and all of them had everyone unlocked and never played one online match before

Well this is a bug cuz after DOR the scores got reset and I lost all my players which is understandable but when I got 45 wins and I loged out when I came back the next day I only had like 23 wins. then I got up to 40 again and when I logged out Boom back down but only to 31 It's all good nowbut when I just started I unlocked alot of charachters and they got relocked so I think u have to get like 55 to 60 wins and it won't reset no more

as I said...sometimes this happens...happened to be on SFO before ken was added...
