Okay I am starting to see more and more people posting saying something they don't understand such as an attack or a character itself. Well I think we should start a Glossary to help the peoples out. (These can be a sentence)
Kiko Shou: A large powerful fireball which is emitted by Chun Li. (Fireball Super) Web Lock: A gray ball that is sent out of Spider-Man's arms which encloses the opponent for a second. (His Fireball) Maximum Spider: Spider-Man propels the opponent into the air and hits them 4-5 times sending them to the ground. (His punch super) |
Well, if they really wanted to know, then couldn't they just go to a search engine and find an FAQ for one of the games and look?
|
Hey... some people don't know about that either :D.
|
i suppose they could use a search engine...but people are lazy and want the answers "handed" to them...it's just to much effort for them to stretch their index finger out and "click around"...and looking up the info they want is just "to hard" and they would rather ask lotsa noobish questions.

Selvin, it's web ball not web lock.

What about a glossary of commonly used terms and acronyms on the forums? I've got a few listings as it is:
ROTFLRoll On The Floor Laughing LMAOLaugh My Ass Off and last, but not least: nOOb: noun, a person new to something who makes ignorant comments and the like. verb; to nOOb; to make a stupid comment in a nOObish fashion; see also, FLAMING flaming: noun; the process referred to when a nOOb begins making ignorant statements in order to make other people realize his existence; verb; to make nOOb-like ignorant statements; Commonly used in the phrase "Quit flaming, nOOb!" You see, the glossary isn't such a bad idea. |
LoL Joe, never thought of it that way...
But I guess its a good idea! |
