put Dee Jay, Sagat, or Fei Long, in ANY of the VS games? when you were at the arcade, TONS more people played those three guys than dhalsim, chun-li, cammy, zangief, and bison... the non-shoto characters they used in every vs game.

they had so much possibility w/ those guys, but never used them, why?

when they come out w/ MvsC3 (which i'm sure they will) they need to add sagat, dee jay, adon, fei long, and bring back the NORMAL 6 buttons Capcom, i beg of you!!

i think it was because like bison and evryone were probaly like the most popular ones ???

and i use sagat on c vs snk. i'm good with him/ they should put him in. ;)

Well, to tell you the truth Sonic, I have a strong feeling about Sagat being added to MvC3 along with some others.....but.... ???

if they added almost all the character in mvc2 probably they will add all of them in mvc3

even cammy that is, they played her cause she was almost naked and they loved that WIN pose where she turn her back to the screen ! anyway, i couldn't agree more on what you said. feilong was a great characters but that is only because i love JET KUNE DO :D

MvsC2 on DC had 4 buttons only because they needed 2 buttons for the partners ! that is why they choose to become 4 buttons... think about it, how would have you changed partner if you didn't had those 2 buttons ?

I can't understand why Capcom would pick Zangief over a more popular SF character, like Blanka. Let's be honest, nobody uses Zang (unless they happen to know how to do his infinite), and yet they put him in every vs. game except for MSHvSF.

About the six button thing... I think Capcom did that on purpose, to make the series more "scrub" friendly. Now air combos are easier than ever, and now you can shamelessly and fearlessly abuse an infinite supply of helpers with the touch of a button, while you protect them with your beam projectiles. Some people purposely pick two characters that suck for their team, but happen to have good/annoying assists. Then they'll pick someone that ownz as the third person in their team, like Cable or Magneto. I've read of several strategies that involve nothing but using your helpers and projectiles in combination, in an effort to keep the opponent trapped on the other side of the screen. Cheap wins with block chip damage, you have to love that. :colgate:

Speaking of Magneto owning everybody, have you seen what he can do in MVC2?! After linking a Magnetic Tempest Super to an air combo, he can keep the combo going, link in another Magnetic Tempest, keep the combo going, etc...
I saw a video of Magneto doing a 209 hit combo in MVC2, and it didn't look extremely difficult (but I wouldn't know, I don't much care for that game :p ).

maybe they did a secret poll for all the games and the 16,18 or 20 sumthin characters with the most votes were put in the game or maybe they did hini mini myni mo...........I don't know......just a stupid guess........but it true that Zangief wasn't really a fan's favorite so that's weird.......
