about how many seconds does it take to charge ur specialz???...coz on my pc it takes only 1 sec. and on my friend and on my couzins pc it takes 3 secondz...so how many seconds does it take???

There's no charge characters in this game right now('cept cyclops, but that's onyl one move, which is never used).

On this game, it takes about a bit less than 2 seconds

depends on the mode..if its normal then it takes about 10 and turbo 5...

What TarkanX is referring to, a move where you have to hold down a command for an amount of time before you can do a move. Examples: Chun li's spinning bird kick, Guile's Sonic Boom and Somersault Kick, Bison's Knee Press

I think Wolvies the only one that doesn't really have a charge up.
