out of the top 10 players, most use Wolverine ...

i can see if Cyclops was dominating the scores, or, even the Sentinel (who will be tweaked very very soon)... but ... Logan ?? he hasn't been changed in months !!

Perhaps that is the reason. While you were making everyone else more "fair", Logan stayed the same. So who knows what he could've carried with him the whole time he was left alone... (reminds me of how I feel...) but it also could be that some really great people who could get high ranks (You know who you are ;) ) aren't really trying. It really depends... on the players, and their feelings.

Maybe, just maybe the others lag way too much.

i dont think ryu players can last that long in tag matches.............
they wont use chun li...
they wont use sentinal...
they could use cyclops...
but wolvie is a vet in the game...
he use to not be used because he caused lag
now it dont even matter cuz it always lags...

well if wolverine HAS become the most frequently used character.....It's 'bout time.
Ryu has ruled for far too long.
Odds are, people are just now discovering how good wolverine can be when used properly. And that ya dont have to hide behind fire balls and projectile attacks to win.

I wouldnt go messin' with wolverines moves just yet though.(if you planned on 'tweaking' him)It's probably just a trend.

The top 20 are probably just ending their gaming day by playing one final match with wolverine, against someone they know they can beat in battle (I/E NOOB). Just so they can have the wolverine image next to their name on the scoreboards.

Or it's like what was said earlier....the other characters have been "toned down" and wolverine hasnt...And wolverine HAS become the heavy hitter in the game.

In any case...let ol' wolvy rule supreme for a while...it time for his day in the sun.....he is almost a year old now.

I really can't say why this is happening.. I've never became a "great" wolverine player (ever) and probably won't just because it's impossible to get close to a Ryu fighter that just throughs Hadokens and super jumps EVERY time you get close to them.

The only thing I can say here is I have yet to be beaten 1 on 1 by a wolverine vs. Ryu fight since TOC III.

Wolverine cant get damage when blocking any special attack,and he can regenerate.Wolvie Barserker Barrage take 50% on ur life points

most of the ppl in the top ten r just n00bs...they only use wolvie because they variable with him...take out all of ur life with him...ppl only use him because of his bbx... :) :(

:dozingoff: wolverine is problably used now alot because he has a couple of chessy moves that can nock an oponent of their feet like strong punch and his slide.

also his attacks do alot of damage :happy:
