I just got cable a month ago and I still experience the same amount of lag like when I was on 56K.
Help..
Give any helpful advice that you can think of

Good question. Always wanted a answer myself. Exactly, how do you decrease lag? "The powers that be", have suggested running your game window on default size. Tuning background and sound off, on the options menu screen. Well i've given all a try at one time of another. And i apparently appear to experience the same level of lag. Yeah, for sure theres a slight difference but not to the extent, i'll regard as a noticeable change. In case you wondering, i operate from a 56.6k modem.

It mostly depends on your comp.
I have a cable modem and I still experience same amount.

So, it really depends on your comp, the faster it responds wto shockwave, the fatser you're game will go, causing it to lag less.

But do try these hints, if you allready have not:
Turn Sound Off,
Put the game on Slow Mode,
and
Turn off the B/G.

These should help, but in the lag case, there's nothing we can really do, but buy/upgrade your comp.

I have a intel pentium3 733mhz processor with 160mb of ram.......I don't think it's my computer......Maybe it's my video card thats the only thing that sucks on my PC. So you think if a get a new video card it will decrease lag?

Yeah, it would help decrease it a bit.
I did that and it decreased, but its not a very big improvement.
