Balrog is fucking cheap back in original SSF2.. If I am not mistaken he is that Spanish masked loser who kept on climbing on to the walls.. That mother fucker is so gay.. (and he looks very gay as well)

Axe: different version I guess.. in Japanese version that wall climbing guy is Balrog.. and Vaga is actually the very last boss... Names of the 4 final bosses in SF2 got switched around between japanese and american arcade.
