I would have to say dark-link, although im not to sure about when he came on, its either late 2001 or early 2002.

2002 was my year.

If you really want to know who the best player was in 2002, this topic would probably be the best source of information.

The alltime greats came from 2001, ppl such as fear tetsuo, tarkanx, cyan, airlock etc, but since i couldnt not mention 2001 members i would have to give it to dark-link, i mean he was the leader of the greatest clan in xmvssf history, and he was a cool guy overall with extreme skill.
