im havin a tourney for all chun li and cyc|ops users

ok it goes like this there will be a seperate tourney goin on at the same time for example
chunli league cyc|ops league ?=winner of that legue
? ?

than the winner of each league will face so the winner of the chun li part will go aginst the winner of the cyc|ops league and the winner of them 2 u will get
1st place=banner sayin ur the chunli is better than cyc|ops(or visversa)1st place winner
2nd place banner sayin ur the chunli is better than cyc|ops(or visversa)2nd place winner

rules
1 on 1 no tag
no helpers
no timer
start at level 0

cyc|ops
u canot use his high punch blaster(down forward high punch)
u cannot use the middle punch beam more than 1 in a row(down forward middle punch)
and u cannot use the lowbwam more than 1 in a row(down forward low punch)
u canb u the little red beam thing as many times as u want(high punch)
u can use evry special as much as u want

chunli

u canot use that kick for more than 5 seconds
u canot just keep usein the fire ballin a row (hodoken thing)
and u can use any special more than 1 time

leave ur aim

ifur trying to see who's better between cyc|ops and chunli then u shouldn't restrict so many moves...
