[color=#0000FF]Ok this tournament is for ryu users who want to prove they are the best. I hope about 50-100 people join if so stakes will be raised high at the moment the winner will get a banner which you can see below.

Rules of the tournament

1 on 1 no tag
no timer
no helper
no rage
no perks
only RYU no evil ryu

If you would lie to join leave your

sfo name
aim, msn, yahoo any possible ways of contacting you
your timezone (so u can fight some one in your time zone so ur not up till 2 am looking for them)

IF

30 or less ppl join winner gets that banner

30- 50 ppl join winner gets that banner and runner up gets a banner

51-100 ppl first second and third ppl get a banner and matching avatar

Both of the banners are ugly no offense, but if you get a better banner maker to make the tag, then ill join. :;):

ok you ppl are in a ryus i would however, it doesn't matter about the prize if anything you could say i won this tournament or whatever... AND your are entitled to your own view
