Nferno, no way that he is the "King Of Laggs", You've probably all heard this before that "Fear_Tetsuo is the laggiest person", right? Well After a while Ive had a match with him and... I did so many Hadoukens, Shinku Hadoukens even the Spinning Kicks, and guess what!? Nothing happened to his health and more to that... I lost PERFECT!!! He told me that I was laying down on his screen the whole time...
