Time and time again I fight someone who's whole strategy is to duck and press hp or hk. They do this even if I ain't doing hurricane kicks. Post their names here so no one will have to face them

Uhh..... ducking and fighting is REALLY retarded because all you have to do is jump back and keep shooting fireballs.... Or you can do a special and cheese your ass off with that, chances are thats all they know what to do.
