Well, since registration has slowed down a lot, I've decided to ask you all (the participants) a question concerning an exemption from preliminaries. Basically it's like this... We need 100 people in order to get the "special Li" for the winner. Right now we only have 25 people. What I'm proposing to do is create a special exemption from preliminaries for anyone who brings in 1 more contestant. BUT, since it's going to be affecting those participating in the tournament and not me, I'm going to leave the decision up to you. You can vote for:

1. Leave the rules as is, no exemptions from preliminaries (most likely won't have enough people for the special color Li).

*The tournament will overall be shorter.
*It won't be "unfair" to those who join late.

*Preliminaries should take longer for anyone than getting 1 other person to join (3-6 hrs).
*Very bad chance that we'll have enough people for the winner to get the prize.

2. Institute the exemption policy. (will have a better chance at getting the "special prize" IF enough participate in it).

*Getting a single person to join shouldn't take as long as preliminaries (10-30 min.).
