Ok u wanna know how to make those cool techy borders.. I'll tell ya how..
I knew how to make them for a while.. but i never used them in my sigs before.. So ill tell u how to makem 1. Open a up a document i prefer transparent 400 pixels by 140 pixels. 2. Grab your paint bucket and make sure you fill it with black. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...derX/black.gif 3. Then get your polygonal lasso tool its the one under the marquee sqaure top left corner.. Remember use the polygonal lasso tool not the *normal* lasso tool. 4.After that make a cool border of your choice.. It takes patience to do this so keep your cool and your hand steady. almost like this. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...rX/black-3.gif Once you have a border your ok wit. hit your delete key note:do not hit your backspace.. Only the DELETE key.. many people mess up on that.. And u will end up wit sumptin like the pic above.. 5.now to make your border look cool.. get your marquee tool. the normal one that looks like a square. then make little indentations on your border lines where ever u feel comfortable.. Oh yeah and if youwant u can emboss your border layer to give it a good effect. U can use any marquee tool u please here. elliptical usually make really good small circles on your border.. 6.After each Indentation u make hit your delete key afterwards to get rid of the inside of your marquee fillings.. Thats when the New layer that we made earlier comes in it plays a big part in the final stages of the tech border. but for now go along the inner egdes of your border on the new layer with your polygonal lasso tool. If your experienced in photoshop you will be able to finish this w/o anymore crappy directions from me.. Did you learn that from http://www.good-tutorials.com because I saw them before lol but you change it differently. Anyway it looks cool. :colgate:
