I wanted it to be a storm picture there but fightersgeneration is down for a while :(
so i had to use the one's i had left of.
I bet you people agree that the background really suits storm.
Rate it anywayz :D

horible blending + whatever you used for the background. the color is dead, and the little charector is mis placed since its the same sprite as the one you are using.

overall, 5/10

NO Vx...its ok and thank's for saying that but no thank's.
Virtualfighter likes my tags but sometimes i make crap...he knows which banner is good and which isn't.
