i want to comment it and rate it =/.
first off don't blend him too much.
just at a level of 13 or 18.
enough for like the star dust to come real....out of him.
i think you can do better then that.
The ryu one is decent though.
first one 3.4/10
the second one 4.5/10

I like all of them.. 9's for all :biggrin:

and then used

not as good as mine.....lol

Both look great but the Ryu one is in my favorite list, It looks like he's coming out of a comic book which I like very much.
You could have filled the right side on the Ryu tag a little bit more but other then that well done, your improving.

As for Sagat, simple yet effective and you did try a little too hard to blend it but thats ok you gotta start somewhere.

Sagat: 7.5/10
Ryu: 8.5/10
