what im saying is spen more time working on the background
then take your time and do whatever you want with the picture :(

the tag your trying to make is focus Of the picture
Oh yeah Z-z there is a border but you need glasses so bla.
Work on your background and use motion burr on the picture instead of burr everywhere....mtion has to be a 1 and only one.

I did use motion blue, Lab-Monster told me to not do it as high, so i didn't and its hard to see, and the effect i was going for was to focus on the pic, obviously it worked :D, ive always done render backgrounds and it was good to make a change into brushing :alien:

thats not brushing really...looks more like clouds.

Ugly. All your tags are the same.

Lame BG, improve it, or just make a whole new one.
The line across the middle, horrible, doesnt blend AT ALL. Get rid of it.
Pic dont blend with anything, text, the line, or the bg. And the blur dont make it look good.
And the text. The gradient overlay makes it look bad, as does the emboss on the text.

Overall, just horrible IMO.
