shin that was a little mean but that banner is mested up you spent 3 ours on that banner wow i bet if i made a banner with my photo shop 7 it would like realy realy well but that needs to be inproved i can find 100 mistakes in that banner

If you had seen the image above my post, you would of seen me helping him with his link and showing the banner, i am quite aware what the guy said, im just saying if you waste 3 hours... just messing with random PS tools, you might aswell be tucked up in bed sleeping.

Just because someone is new at GFX some people say 10/10 since your new and you tried!

What makes them so different, that they get a 10/10 because the banner looks like poop but, they tried and they are new to gfx.

Thats what I have been seeing alot of in this section thats why Dark Magick and I went around this section yesterday giving people rates that they should have got. I saw one a few days ago that was getting a 10/10. A guy had posted a banner with a pic. in it. He made the backround with clouds and used a flare. People were giving him 8/10 -_-".
(No offence to the guy who made it.)

So as you caqn see there is no diff. if they are new to it are not they need to get the same treatment as others do.

its better to be truthfull then to leave a false impression of someones work, that includes harsh statements, it drives them on to make a better banner, i mean if saijin said his work was not good, whereas if he said his banner is awful and the colours are rubbish etc etc it would give him productive criticism, in terms of whats right ( well not right but what appeals to certain banners) and what is a no no, im sure he will appreciate in a "ihate u but your right" kind of view.
