i like the second one except for that thing beside the texts. the first one needs more work on the BG,text, and you shouldnt use more than 1 sprite in a tag.

The one you made has terribale text and is too bright and the one your clanmate made looks good 7.5/10.

your mate should of chose a different font and he shouldnt of put that other sprite if it had those done it would be better than it does now and yours that u made looks simple

Your looks light like some stupid white dude that aint seen the sun in awhile plus there's no real BG so start there work on your bg's and stuff use color balancing and when it comes out like that reduce the levels |
out of words... ill jus go with the second one... keep trying new things thug.
