I'll rate your banner a 3/10 because charlie is right in the middle of the pic, and he is in a position where he should be at the bottom of the banner..

Even if that character moves or gets moved to a better place...it will never ever blend with the background. I hate the background but your a new user on it so good effert.
I give it a 5.5/10
