Your typo's are getting better, but the picture is all not that great choice of storm. use smudge bursh at size 5 to 10.
Your background is plain ,man. Use different kind of brushes like dodge HIGHLIGHTED MODE. just to bring on like a thunder look atleast about that.
Always put picture behind the border.
Thats about it.

some of that stuff i can amend however i made the bg and added the border before i added the pic in future i will keep that in mind
