Well first of all you need to be able to host your picture onto a website, then get the image's URL and put it in between these two IMG codes.

[code:1][IMG] your URL here [/IMG][/code:1]

Just copy the URL from the site image and paste it between the [code:1:post_uid3][img][/img][/code:1:post_uid3] tags.

a site to host it will be at 250free.com (rite now it down) or angelfire.com
code is [code:1][img]site goes here[/img][/code:1] it must be gif or jpg. No BMP is allowed
