I took everyones advice and used it to make this. Didn't feel like adding a sprite or any other image. Ratings, tips, and comments are appreciated.

2/10 Your Backgrounds needs some work and so does your font. It doesn't have no flow with white LINES.

looks like u blurred the middle and ur font is not to good and is hard to see ....

I didn't want the font to be anything special. It's supposed to match the tech-like lines in the banner. Thin and descrete was what I was going for. The blur tool and blur filters were also never used. Please try and understand my vision.
