Can anyone actually tell me how to make a banner and avatar?

Oh.............avater that I DO know how to make im serious.

all you do is pull up your microsoft word or whatever of somtin

like that that you have. then you can copyand paste stuff

and mess wit it orsomtin then u have to save it then go to

your avater settins and upload it simple see. but i need to
