Argh! Whoever it is, it isn't exactly against the rules in some situations. I search through the servers a couple times, looking for certain users (like Selvin, Nferno666, TarkanX, etc., because I can't be sure if a newbie won't be cheap or cocky or foul). If it is just that they log in, log out, log in, log out, etc., repeatedly, like it is the only thing that they do, take a snapshot of the chatroom showing all of that person's entering/exiting (press CTRL+ALT+Print Screen, then paste in paint) and post the image on this forum in the Spammers/Harassers list in this part of the forum. TMyApp will warn those users with e-mails.

I have to disagree with Dan Hibiki. At the moment all Spammers are free to do what the feel like, because TMyApp has gone to a Galaxy far, far away...

TMyApp and myself are both working very hard on trying to limit and control the amount of bullshit that goes on in the chats. Right now the bots and even your client are set for flood protection. The bots also have a list of words to either warn you of or kick you right away. I also have the ability to add people to the bot to get automatically get kicked if they so much as type 1 character. They are still free to come in and challenge, bot not participate in any chat. If you are being kicked for saying 1 thing automatically, it is because I put you there.

About the entering and leaving, that is being looked into now.
